Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday 12pm to Sunday or on public holidays.

If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

Camiuna is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes and other costs).

Camiuna is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Delivery to be checked

Upon receipt of your order, unpack and carefully check your product in the presence of the delivery person, even if the packaging is intact.

Before signing or if you decide to refuse the package, write on the delivery note all the reservations and observations that you consider useful, in particular concerning damage related to transport (specify if the packaging is damaged: damaged packaging, .....).

Do not sign under pressure from the delivery person. If you do not agree, specify the reason on the delivery note: "the delivery person did not wish to be present at the unpacking when checking the package".

This is your right and only way to contest in case of damage. The mention "subject to unpacking" has no legal value.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not deliver outside the UK and EU.

Incorrect shipping addresses and refused delivery

We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by DHL/FEDEX/GLS... If we are unable to validate the address, we will attempt to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we are unable to update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Camiuna will not be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to retrieve the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you have not received your order, but the carrier has reported that it has been delivered, please notify us as soon as possible at contact@camiuna.com

We will file a claim with the carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
